Lose 10 Pounds in 12 Days on This Extreme Diet – Warning – for Informational Purposes Only Part 2

In part 1, I gave you a sample diet plan that a study used on people to help them to lose 10+ pounds in 12 days. In this article, I will expand on part 1 and give you a different, slightly altered, version of the part 1 diet.

This adjustment would make using the diet easier for 90% of the people reading this. The part 1 diet was kinda impractical, but this version is actually practical and more safe to use. You’ll still lose 10 pounds in 12 days.

Now to rehash part 1 briefly. I mentioned that a study proved that people taking a 90% fat diet using only 1,000 calories were able to lose .9 pounds each and every day for 12 days. That’s a total weight loss of 10.8 pounds.

The reason why this 90% fat, low calorie diet worked was because your body was forced into lipolysis. What that means is this… your body was forced to to burn it’s own fat deposits for energy and survival since the diet had virtually no carbohydrates or proteins to feed off of.

The problem with the diet in part 1 was that it was impractical for 90% of you.

The good news is that there was an adjustment of this diet. Instead of being 1,000 calories during 5 meals each day with each meal being 200 calories… the new plan is for you to have 1,200 calories a day during each of the 4 daily meals (300 calories per meal).

This helps expand the food and meal choices to make the diet more practical.

So here’s an outline of the 1,200 calorie, 90% fat diet that will allow you to lose 10+ pounds in 12 days…

First, as I mentioned, you will be eating 4 meals a day… 300 calories per meal. Each meal will consist of one of the following:

 

2 ounces of beef chuck (don’t drain the fat)… cook in 2 tablespoons of olive oil 2 scrambled eggs with 2 slices of bacon (nitrate free) 2 tablespoons of full fat sour cream with a tablespoon of sugar free syrup 1/4 cup of chicken or tuna with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise 3 ounces of pate 1.5 ounces of macadamia nuts

 

So there you have it. In part 1 and here in part 2, I’ve given you 2 diet plans to consider if you are desperate for fast weight loss. You can expect to lose at least 10 pounds in 12 days on either of the diet plans outlined.
