Losing body fat is very easy when you apply the right principles consistently over time. Successfully losing fat and keeping it off is composed of 4 simple principles.

1. Daily Exercise
2. Drinking 2-3 ltrs of water every 24 hrs.
3. Sleeping between the right hours (approx. 9:00pm-8:00am)
4. Accommodate nutrition with activity

Your body has priorities and carries them out in certain orders and once you know the order, you can healthily and easily create the outcome of your choice. The body’s first priority is to internally keep everything running smoothly and to balance energy levels. The second priority is developing fitness and the last priority is burning fat and getting ripped and shredded.
